EY is seeking a Senior Manager for the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead large-scale transformations across Life, Annuity, and Group Benefits clients. You will direct multi-workstream programs, manage vendors, and shape transformation agendas with executive stakeholders.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
12-15+ years of professional experience in consulting, insurance, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
8+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs exceeding multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and driving business development activities.
Experience leading large consulting teams and managing engagement financials, forecasting, and profitability.
Proven track record of developing new business, leading pursuits, and contributing to account growth.
Experience with one or more policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions.
Strong understanding of the Life & Annuity and group benefits value chain, including product configuration, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
Program management experience within onshore/offshore delivery models involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Experience overseeing platform configuration, integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration efforts.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across multi-vendor and geographically distributed delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
Strong experience working within Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs

Responsabilidades

Lead complex client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformation initiatives.
Serve as executive delivery leader for strategic transformation programs, accountable for program success, financial performance, governance, and client satisfaction.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders (CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations).
Lead steering committees and governance forums; provide thought leadership on trends and modernization strategies.
Direct multiple concurrent engagements across complex client portfolios.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and drive revenue growth with account leadership.
Define enterprise transformation strategies, target operating models, roadmaps, and governance structures.
Oversee architecture, data, integration, conversion, testing, change management, release management, and implementation activities.
Ensure alignment with objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture.
Lead strategic risk management and issue resolution for critical decisions.
Drive AI-enabled delivery methods, intelligent automation, and analytics across engagements.
Lead and develop managers, consultants, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Sponsor talent development, succession planning, and performance initiatives.
Build a high-performing consulting organization through coaching and leadership development.
Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while fostering inclusive culture.
Lead account growth strategies and manage executive client relationships across strategic insurance accounts.
Originate and develop new business opportunities; lead pursuits, pricing, and contracting discussions.
Serve as a thought leader in insurance transformation, policy administration modernization, AI-enabled operations, and digital transformation.
