Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst to support end-to-end integration and separation programs across functions such as Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal. You will design and execute Day 1 readiness, TSA strategies, and governance to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role emphasizes evidence-based analyses, collaboration with stakeholders, and the development of playbooks and templates to improve enterprise playbooks and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or related cross-functional role.
• Knowledge of payments/fintech or tech-enabled services is advantageous.
• Experience leading structured analyses and project workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver executive-level content.

Responsibilities

• Support Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration execution across functions.
• Develop and monitor TSA design, transition, and exit plans with clear scope and timelines.
• Manage governance, RAID, change control, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Monitor TSA service delivery, ensure SLA alignment, and drive remediation as needed.
• Coordinate TSA billing and provide accurate accruals and true-ups for services.
• Assist with KPI/OKR reporting, dashboards, and executive narratives.
