Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Transformation Lead to join the Transformation Office. You will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives including M&A integrations, divestitures, and enterprise programs, partnering with functions such as Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, or related roles.
• Proven business partnership experience.
• Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or global operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for integration and separation programs across functions (e.g., Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, Legal).
• Drive end-to-end integration workplans (Day 1, 30/60/90, synergy capture) and separation workplans (TSA design, transition, exit).
• Establish governance, RAID management, change control, and cross-functional dependency management.
• Monitor TSA service delivery and validate performance against SLAs; drive remediation as needed.
• Coordinate TSA billing processes and invoice support with Finance and TSA leads.
• Lead Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration execution to ensure continuity of operations and customer experience.
