Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks a Transformation Lead to drive enterprise value through cross-functional integration and separation programs.

You will lead Day 1 readiness, TSA design, and governance across Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal, ensuring compliant, timely delivery and synergy realization. The role requires 8–10+ years in transformation or related fields, with a strong track record in M&A integrations, business partnering, and payments/fintech knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Consulting or related cross-functional roles.
• Experience in M&A integration or divestitures and business partnerships.
• Knowledge of payments/fintech or technology-enabled services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for integration and separation programs across functions from Day 1 to exit.
• Drive end-to-end integration workplans and separation workplans with clear scope and timelines.
• Establish governance, RAID, change control, and cross-functional dependency management.
• Monitor TSA service delivery, ensure SLAs, and drive remediation and improvements.
• Coordinate TSA billing with Finance and TSA leads, ensuring accurate invoicing and accruals.
• Lead development and execution of TSA exit plans and provide oversight to functional leads.
• Oversee Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration, ensuring continuity of operations and compliance.
• Build and report synergy cases, baselines, and benefits with Finance and business leads.
• Identify roadblocks, coordinate governance reviews, and surface mitigation options.
• Provide executive reporting, KPI/OKR tracking, and concise leadership narratives.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and information security throughout activities.
