Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst in Cincinnati to drive end-to-end integration and separation programs across functions, from Day 1 readiness through steady state/exit, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance. You will design TSA scopes, monitor service delivery, and lead governance with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on identifying risks, aligning stakeholders, and delivering concise executive reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
• Prior business partnership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous but not required.
• Some experience leading structured analyses and project workstreams with measurable outcomes.
• Results oriented with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills; experience delivering executive-level content is desirable but not required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus if you have typically Minimum 8+ Years Relevant Exp

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution for integration and separation programs across functions from Day 1 readiness through steady state/exit.
• Assist with end-to-end integration workplans and separation workplans with clear scope, timelines, and accountabilities.
• Assist with governance, RAID management, change control, and cross-functional dependency management.
• Monitor TSA service delivery and validate performance against SLAs; drive remediation as needed.
• Coordinate TSA billing processes and invoice support with Finance and TSA leads.
• Help develop and execute TSA exit workplans with oversight to functional leads and PMs.
• Partner with leads to drive Day 1 readiness and Day 2 integration execution for continuity and compliance.
• Build, track, and report synergy cases; drive benefit realization with Finance and business owners.
• Surface risks and dependencies; facilitate governance reviews and timely decisions.
• Assist with executive reporting, KPI/OKR tracking, TSA economics, and variance analysis with dashboards and narratives.
