Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a dynamic Senior Director to lead the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain within the BFS division. This executive role emphasizes strategic leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight across multiple departments to drive growth and excellence.

The Senior Director will guide large-scale client programs, mentor managers, manage budgets and P&L, and partner with executive leadership to deliver value in a highly competitive environment. Must live in continental US.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 7 years of managerial or leadership experience overseeing teams or departments.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graduate degree (MBA or related field).
• Experience within the BPS BFS domain or related financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale client programs and business operations.
• Expertise in project management, consulting methodologies, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and oversight for operations across departments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic and operational business plans.
• Own budgeting, financial management, and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead and manage large, complex BFS client engagements.
