Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale projects with 40–60 people.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint/Slides.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports/dashboards.
• Experience with Buganizer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track teams' status weekly and update management via dashboards/slides.
• Track bugs, risks, and progress across teams.
• Create and articulate development plans while managing dependencies.
• Coordinate with teams to gather feedback and drive action items.
• Participate in weekly reviews and report project status.
