EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee multiple projects and establish a transformative program. The role requires technical background, architecture experience, and the ability to manage teams of 40–60 people.

You will drive development plans, track progress, and communicate status through dashboards and presentations. Remote flexibility and daily PST availability are expected as part of the engagement with our global teams.

Qualifications

• Previous architecture experience demonstrating a strong technical background.
• Experience with large-scale projects (40–60 people).
• Strong communication skills.
• Documentation and presentation proficiency.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Proven experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Buganizer is a plus.
• PST availability during the day.

Responsibilities

• Track teams' status weekly and present updates to management via dashboards or slides.
• Track bugs, risks, and progress across multiple teams.
• Create and articulate development plans while managing dependencies.
• Reach out to teams proactively to gather feedback.
• Participate in weekly reviews and update management on project status.
• Capture and manage action items.
