FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst to drive analytical foundations for cross-functional transformation programs.

You will build financial and operational models, develop executive-ready dashboards, and partner with Finance, IT, and business units to ensure value realization. This hands-on role requires strong SQL, Python, and BI skills to deliver trusted insights and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics, transformation, FP&A, operations, or BI.
• Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Analytics and Business Cases: translate issues into analytical questions and data needs.
• Own business cases for transformation initiatives including benefits, risks, and timing.
• Build financial and operational models for revenue, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Perform diagnostics, scenario, and driver-based analyses to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive decision support tools.
• Design data models and automated pipelines with SQL, Python, and low-code tools.
