Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Business Process & Continuous Improvement Lead to accelerate cross‑functional transformation.

You will map current-state processes, identify root causes, design scalable future-state workflows, implement improvements, and embed ownership and operating mechanisms to sustain results. This hands‑on role requires structured problem solving, data fluency, and disciplined execution across people, process, data, and technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
Proven success mapping and redesigning complex end‑to‑end processes across functions.
Hands‑on experience implementing process changes, not only documenting them.
Strong facilitation, structured problem solving, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of governance, decision rights, controls, metrics, change adoption, and sustainment.
Experience with ERP, CRM, planning, manufacturing execution, data warehouse, or reporting platforms.
Experience with SIOP/IBP, capacity planning, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end process transformation from current‑state discovery to future‑state design.
Identify root causes, bottlenecks, data issues, and ownership gaps across functions.
Design scalable future‑state processes aligned with business outcomes.
Define roles, decision rights, controls, operating cadence, and measures.
Develop roadmaps and pilots; drive adoption, training, and sustainment across teams.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, data, and operations to integrate process, data, and technology.
