Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Business Operations Consultant to join its global Business Operations Solution Consulting team in Cincinnati. You will drive analysis across projects, and own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional and international teams to design new functionality and processes.

The role requires strong requirements definition, planning across multiple initiatives, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, surfacing risks

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Senior Business Operations Consultant to join our ever-evolving Business Operations Solution Consulting team and help us unleash the potential of every business. This is a Transformation Design Consultant role - this is not a program or project manager role) The Business Operations Solution Consulting team supports all new business, change initiatives, product projects, and process improvements. The team partners closely with the wider business to assess operational impact, identify risks, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation across global operations. Hybrid working 3 days in the office base in our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

What you'll own as the Senior Business Operations Consultant
