Worldpay in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Business Operations Consultant to join the Business Operations Solution Consulting team. You will help drive transformation across global operations and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

Hybrid work model with three days in the office in Cincinnati. You will lead analysis, own end‑to‑end delivery, document requirements, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience defining business requirements and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Proven planning and monitoring across multiple initiatives.
• Cost–benefit analysis and process modelling expertise.
• Excellent communication with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Business Operations Consultant to join our ever‑evolving Business Operations Solution Consulting team and help us unleash the potential of every business. This is a Transformation Design Consultant role - this is not a program or project manager role)

The Business Operations Solution Consulting team supports all new business, change initiatives, product projects, and process improvements. The team partners closely with the wider business to assess operational impact, identify risks, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation across global operations.

Hybrid working 3 days in the office base in our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

What you’ll own as the Senior Business Operations Consultant
