Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks a Senior Principal, Transformation Communications & Business Partnerships to lead internal engagement and change communications for OCC's transformation. This role advises executive leadership and translates strategy into actionable messages for multiple teams.

You will shape enterprise narratives, partner with business leaders, manage messaging across workstreams, and drive stakeholder engagement with clarity and impact in a highly regulated fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or English or related field.
• 10+ years in communications, marketing or PR.
• Fintech/financial services/insurance experience preferred.
• Change/transformation communications experience.
• Experience with measurement frameworks for communications.
• Change management experience; regulated industry exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications and change-management plans for transformation.
• Lead day-to-day transformation messaging with timing across workstreams.
• Create toolkits, FAQs, talking points and cascaded messaging.
• Counsel business partners with strategy-driven communications.
• Maintain systems and tools for strategic partnerships.
• Pilot expanded engagement strategies with external partners.
• Maintain enterprise content calendar and playbooks.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations.
