Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks an Associate Principal, Investor Education (Creative & Digital Operations) to own Investor Education's visual identities and video production, supporting the digital website experience and accessibility across all materials.

You will lead video strategy, manage end-to-end production, collaborate with experts to translate education content into engaging formats, and oversee brand guidelines while coordinating with risk/compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production and graphic/brand design within corporate/financial services marketing.
• Experience managing website content and applying ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency across digital and print media.
• Effective written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and quality-check content, designs and web pages for accuracy, consistency and brand/style adherence prior to publication.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including with compliance, risk, technology and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior experience supporting Business Continuity, risk, audit or compliance-testing activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Investor Education's visual identities, video production, and supports the digital website experience.
• Design digital and print assets, including presentations, infographics and email templates.
• Lead comprehensive video strategy for OIC website and social channels; plan, shoot, edit.
• Manage end-to-end video production including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate options education content into video formats.
• Maintain a video content calendar aligned with marketing and events.
• Support day-to-day administration of OIC website content updates and site structure.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility standards across digital content and audits.
• Coordinate with technology partners on remediation and accessibility testing.
• Monitor website performance and user experience metrics; propose improvements.
• Facilitate Business Continuity and compliance testing activities; coordinate with risk functions.
• Provide backup support for event operations and department admin tasks.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors; lead cross-functional projects.
