Job summary

Hightouch in San Francisco is seeking a technically adept specialist to own enterprise Email/SMS deployments from discovery through production launch. You will lead workshops, translate customer needs into scalable architectures, and drive multi-team collaboration for successful migrations.

You'll collaborate with product and engineering to remove blockers, build scalable processes, and ensure top-tier deliverability and customer success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in technical implementation or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience implementing or migrating enterprise email/SMS/marketing platforms.
• Strong foundation in APIs, data integrations, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise Email/SMS customers, from discovery to production launch.
• Lead discovery and workshops, translate customer requirements into scalable messaging architecture.
• Develop migration plans, manage dependencies and mitigate risk.
• Drive implementation across technical and business stakeholders from config to launch readiness.
• Lead SMS provisioning including sender setup and consent flows.
• Collaborate with Deliverability Specialists on sender authentication and deliverability readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, identifying risks and blockers.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to resolve blockers and feed back product gaps.
• Build repeatable frameworks, documentation, and best practices for scalable deployments.
