Job summary

Alloy seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical wins for client accounts, handling post-sales relationships, architectural proposals, and product demonstrations. You will drive the rule-building process for Transaction Monitoring and work with Engineering on data ingestion while guiding clients toward optimal technical solutions.

The role involves collaborating with Product and Engineering, mentoring peers, and supporting client reporting and production launches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products in a post-sales, client-facing role.
• Experience with transaction monitoring/AML rules-based systems, payments processors, and/or banking platforms.
• Hands-on, creative problem solver with ability to guide clients to a technical solution.
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain diverse audience confidence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on Transaction Monitoring client implementations, collaborating with the Implementation Managers.
• Conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose Alloy Transaction Monitoring product solutions.
• Independently manage the transaction monitoring rule-building process to meet client needs and suggest modifications.
• Coordinate with Engineering on data ingestion for Transaction Monitoring implementations.
• Help integrate Alloy's API into an app through code and demos.
• Run end-to-end testing to meet client needs.
• Mentor other Solutions Architects on Transaction Monitoring implementations.
• Support client reporting, technical documentation, FAQs, and rule optimization suggestions.
• Participate in client production readiness and production launches as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Product & Engineering and Technical Solutions.
