Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Services practice within Financial Advisory. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to meet complex client needs.

Our clients include private equity funds, banks and corporate clients across industries. You will interact with Partners, perform financial analysis, participate in marketing activities, and have opportunities for career development within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required and CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in audits and related services.
• At least two years of transaction services/due diligence experience preferred.
• Strong motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Prepare quality of earnings reports with data gathering and document review.
• Conduct financial analysis of target companies.
• Perform due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure excellent service.
• Support marketing and recruiting activities.
