CohnReznick is seeking a skilled Advisory Senior Associate to support its Transaction Advisory Services group in Illinois. The role focuses on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and strategic buyers, analyzing financials and operational trends to identify sustainable earnings, and coordinating with clients on expectations and timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in accounting or finance, with 2+ years in healthcare-focused audit or transaction advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
• 2+ years of audit or transaction advisory experience in healthcare with providers, reimbursement risks, and revenue cycles.
• Willingness to work extra hours and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong project management and ability to multitask in a team environment.
• Hands-on, decisive approach to ensure deliverables on time.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic buyers.
• Analyze historical financial statements and operational trends to identify sustainable earnings.
• Coordinate with team and management on client expectations for deliverables and deadlines.
• Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
