Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and M&A/transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
• Analyze financial statements and identify sustainable earnings across industries.
• Coordinate with client teams on expectations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare and present engagement reports to client management.
