Job summary

Elliott Davis is a leading provider of transaction, accounting, and finance advisory services to private equity firms, portfolio companies, and founder-led businesses.

In this role, you will lead transaction-related accounting engagements, manage opening balance sheets and working capital analyses, and collaborate with clients, PE sponsors, attorneys, and lenders to resolve complex accounting issues and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting, transaction advisory, or related fields.
• Experience with M&A, purchase accounting, and working-capital analyses.
• CPA certification and GAAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-close accounting engagements and purchase accounting.
• Manage opening balance sheets, NWC analyses, and price adjustments.
• Coordinate with PE sponsors, attorneys, and auditors throughout engagements.
• Develop and mentor staff and drive project timelines.
