You will oversee opening balance sheets, purchase accounting, NWC analyses, and final closing statements, collaborating with sponsors, auditors, and counsel to ensure GAAP compliance.

The role emphasizes extensive client contact, mentoring junior staff, and growth within a fast‑growing advisory practice in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting or transaction advisory experience.
• Experience with M&A and purchase accounting.
• GAAP knowledge, ASC 805 familiar.
• CPA required, CPA preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple transaction accounting engagements.
• Prepare and review opening balance sheets and NWC analyses.
• Coordinate with PE sponsors, auditors, and legal teams.
• Develop transaction accounting methodologies and templates.
• Mentor associates and interns.
