In this role, you will lead transaction-related accounting engagements throughout the post-close lifecycle,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or transaction advisory.
• Significant experience with M&A transactions and purchase accounting.
• Experience reviewing purchase agreements and GAAP provisions.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including ASC 805.
• Experience with private equity-backed companies preferred.
• CPA required; Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction accounting engagements across post-close lifecycle.
• Manage opening balance sheets, NWC true-ups, purchase price adjustments.
• Oversee preparation and review of opening balance sheets per ASC 805.
• Coordinate with PE sponsors, attorneys, lenders, and auditors.
• Develop and mentor associates through coaching and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
