Job summary

Eden Autism in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Director of Training and Support to oversee the design and delivery of staff training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. The role partners with the Outreach Department to provide public workshops and consultations.

Qualifications

• BCBA licensure or New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Supervisor of Instruction certification.
• PCM Instructor certification (must be attained within 60 days of hire).
• CPR instructor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, feedback and professional development; demonstrate a commitment to the highest ethical and professional behavior.
• Ensure confidentiality with regard to participants, families, and staff.
• Participate in annual program evaluations for all Eden Programs.
• Attend meetings as required.
