Job summary

Eden Autism Services Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Day and Employment Services to lead Day Services operations, ensure ABA-based program delivery, and oversee staff performance. The role includes budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm with flexibility; responsibilities include supervision, program development, and stakeholder engagement across multiple centers in NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 5+ years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Training in Crisis Management and related regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Day and Employment Managers and Supervisors.
• Direct operations of the Day and Employment Program.
• Ensure ABA knowledge is applied within the adult program.
• Oversee employment outcomes and related databases.
• Ensure compliance with evaluations, accreditations and licensing.
• Coordinate communication with parents/guardians and staff.
