Eden Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join The Eden School in Princeton, NJ. This full-time role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to impact students with autism through leadership and collaboration with BCBAs, teachers, and support staff.

The BCBA will provide clinical leadership for students ages 3–21, mentor staff, develop Behavior Support Plans, and ensure fidelity to Eden best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• BCBA certification with no sanctions.
• Minimum two years of experience with students with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership for Eden School students ages 3-21.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure fidelity to Eden best practice standards.
• Develop Behavior Support Plans and analyze data.
• Coach staff and provide performance feedback.
• Participate in IEP-related meetings as needed.
