Job summary

Progressive Option Support Services LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in New Jersey. This in-person role focuses on delivering compassionate ABA services to children with ASD and families across NJ.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, designing and implementing ABA interventions, and training caregivers. A Master’s degree in ABA or related field and NJ LBA/BCBA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA and NJ LBA certifications.
• Minimum 6 months ABA experience.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Familiar with assessments such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor a comprehensive ABA home program.
• Design, teach, and supervise ABA interventions.
• Supervise behavioral technicians and others who implement ABA interventions.
• Provide training in ABA methods.
• Implement parent training to caregivers and other family members.
• Prepares updated authorizations for insurance.
• Implement treatment programs for children with ASD.
