Job summary

Eden Autism Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Day and Employment Services to oversee daily operations, ensure ABA integration, and maintain regulatory compliance across day centers. The role provides supervision, training, and development for managers and staff to deliver person-centered services.

Based in Princeton, NJ, the position requires leadership, budget awareness, and collaboration with clinical teams to support adults with autism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years’ experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience.
• Must complete Entry Level and Professional Crisis Management training and DDD trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Day and Employment Managers and Supervisors with coaching and development.
• Direct program operations for Day and Employment services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• oversee documentation, evaluations, accreditations, and licensing.
• Lead staff training to ensure engagement and program excellence.
• Ensure ABA implementation and supervise behavior support plans.
• Assist with payroll, budgets, and audits.
