Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led training for employees using ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, or similar timekeeping systems. The part-time contract role requires strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with experience training adult learners.

Travel between assigned locations may be required, and sessions start early in the day.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led training to groups
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience training adult learners
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, workforce management systems, or employee timekeeping platforms
• Ability to explain technical workflows clearly to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency
• Availability for early-morning training sessions Tuesday through Thursday
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and inclusiveness

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training using project-provided training materials
• Teach employees how to enter and manage time using ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, or the applicable client system
• Demonstrate system workflows and best practices
• Guide participants through hands-on exercises
• Answer system-related questions and troubleshoot common user challenges
• Adapt training delivery to different levels of technical proficiency
• Adjust to scheduling changes resulting from weather events or operational needs
• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Training: Two 90-minute instructor-led sessions per day
• Start Time: First session may begin as early as 7:00 AM
• Travel: Travel between assigned locations may be required
