Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Systems Trainer to support a large-scale workforce management ERP transformation. This 100% onsite contract role focuses on ADP Workforce, Timekeeping, Payroll, and HRIS processes, delivering instructor-led training and driving user adoption across multiple locations in Massachusetts.

You will train adult learners, facilitate engaging sessions, provide coaching, and act as onsite floor support during go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led training or facilitation.
• Experience training adult learners on software, systems, or ERP deployments.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Workforce Management platforms.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions using client-provided training materials.
• Train employees on ADP Workforce, timekeeping, payroll, and workforce management processes.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual learning experiences for adult learners.
• Demonstrate system workflows, best practices, and business processes.
• Guide learners through hands-on exercises and answer system-related questions.
• Provide coaching, performance-based feedback, and learner support throughout the training process.
• Support system adoption initiatives and assist during go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Serve as onsite floor support to help end users after deployment.
• Partner with operational stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Provide feedback to Learning & Development teams regarding content improvements and training effectiveness.
