Job summary

LHH in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to support a large-scale workforce management and timekeeping system implementation in Braintree. You will deliver instructor-led training on ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, and timekeeping processes, lead two daily 90-minute sessions onsite, and guide employees through the rollout with pre-developed materials.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate training, hands-on ADP Workforce experience, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of instructor-led training, corporate training, or learning & development experience.
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce (required).
Experience training employees on workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, HRIS, or related systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training on ADP Workforce, WorkForce Software, and timekeeping processes.
Facilitate classroom sessions for employees during a major system rollout.
Lead two daily 90-minute training sessions in an onsite operational environment.
Answer live system and process-related questions during training sessions.
Support end-user adoption of new workforce management and timekeeping technology.
Reinforce system processes and best practices using pre-developed training materials.
Travel between nearby training locations as needed and participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions.
