Form Energy is seeking a Senior Training Analyst to own the training function at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. You will design, manage, and scale training programs, onboarding, and partnerships with schools to build a regional skills pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical training or program management, strong data skills, and experience with LMS tools. Relocation assistance is available and the role requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, education, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the training function end-to-end: scope, design, and roadmap.
• Build and manage core training programs across shifts and lines.
• Provide onboarding, internship, and pipeline programs to convert to full-time hires.
• Analyze training data and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with Production Leads to minimize disruption.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to update content quickly.
