Job summary

Form Energy in Weirton, WV is hiring a Superintendent to drive custom manufacturing equipment installations. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Tool Installation and collaborates with Engineering, Operations and Construction to bring production lines into operation at Form Factory 1.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance supervision/management in custom manufacturing equipment installation.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet aggressive timelines.
• Proven experience in contractor management and equipment installations.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed equipment installation and commissioning plans aligning with construction timelines.
• Lead rigging, mechanical, electrical and controls teams through installation and commissioning.
• Ensure high quality standards, address issues promptly during installation.
• Assist in budget development and adherence.
• Document installation and preventative maintenance procedures in CMMS/EAM systems.
