Job summary

Form Energy in Weirton, WV is seeking a Senior Training Analyst to own the training function from day one. You will blend program management with instructional design to build scalable training, onboarding, and skills pipelines across the site.

You will partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Hiring to define goals, measure progress, and ensure compliance. Relocation assistance is available as Form Energy scales its high-volume battery production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in technical/engineering field or related experience.
• 5+ years in technical training, PM, or program management.
• Experience running structured programs end-to-end.
• Ability to translate goals into measurable milestones.
• Data-minded with ability to analyze training metrics (Excel).
• Strong facilitation and communication, on-site PPE-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Own the training program scope, roadmap, timelines and risks.
• Build core training programs end-to-end and drive continuous improvement.
• Set goals with site leadership and report quarterly milestones.
• Prioritize programs across multiple production lines and shifts.
• Conduct needs assessments and translate technical content into training.
• Own onboarding, ramp-up, and metrics tracking for new hires.
• Lead community outreach and internship pipelines for a steady talent funnel.
• Maintain LMS records, generate reports, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate schedules with Production Leads, Engineering, Quality, and People teams.
