Form Energy in Weirton, WV, seeks an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our production team. Based at Form Factory 1, you will help develop reliability strategies, troubleshoot equipment, and drive durable improvements across the manufacturing line.

You will partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering to improve uptime, extend asset life, and ensure safe, scalable production. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or reliability-related field.
• Experience applying reliability tools like root cause analysis.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability strategies to improve uptime and asset performance.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to stop recurring failures.
• Design and optimize preventive/predictive maintenance using history and data.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations and engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Support equipment modifications and improvements to enhance safety and reliability.
• Analyze performance data and implement solutions to reduce downtime.
