This full-time exempt position focuses on leading project teams and partnering with clients to enhance organizational capability and performance, with a strong emphasis on learning and development across the client organizations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Training, HRD, OD, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Ten years experience in organizational development and performance excellence.
• Five years experience corporate training and business management.
• Strong skills in organizational design, change management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of OD programs for client organizations.
• Drive continuous learning and leadership development to meet program standards and expectations.
• Partner with external clients to improve organizational capabilities and performance.
• Guide projects from analysis to closure addressing performance gaps.
