• Master's degree in Training, HRD, OD, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Ten years of experience in organizational development, performance excellence, adult learning, change management or leadership development.
• Five years of experience in corporate training and business management with cross-functional project leadership and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates topic knowledge and transfers learning to staff.
• Drives training program quality to meet standards and objectives.
• Consults with external client companies to build organizational capability.
• Leads analyses to identify and close performance gaps.
• Designs and evaluates education and OD programs for client organizations.
• Creates tools and models to build client capability through OD programs.
• Performs other required functions.
