Job summary

You will partner with the Organizational Development Executive Director and advise leadership, coordinating across departments including the Department of Aviation.

Responsibilities include directing a team of facilitators, instructional designers, and training coordinators, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring programs align with city objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of organizational development training methods and best practices.
• Strong LMS knowledge and authoring tool experience.
• Experience leading training and development initiatives.
