• Organizes and conducts statewide educational seminars for condominium and cooperative communities.
• Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs for in-house staff and the customer call center.
• Updates and maintains the Division’s educational materials and posts them online.
• Communicates with management regarding training program status and long-range planning.
• Oversees the review of educational programs offered by private sector providers.
