Qualifications

• Associate degree in education preferred.
• Minimum five years of leadership in emergency communications.
• Experience developing training programs and supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance for public safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for the Division.
• Coordinates certification and credentialing processes, including recertifications.
• Aligns training with Division goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manages curriculum standards for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Evaluates training effectiveness through surveys and performance data.
• Maintains and administers the LMS and online learning modules.
• Speaks at meetings and represents the Division in public presentations.
• Supports budget preparation for training programs.
