Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
2+ years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
Knowledge of CFR 210/211, cGMP and related regulations.
High performing sales track record and ability to drive commercial success.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and align training with business strategy.
Ability to travel up to 60% to support regional activities.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and delivers advanced learning solutions for the sales team.
Provide regional/national training, coaching, and support to improve performance.
Conduct field visits to coach reps and gather market insights.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Training leadership to align plans with business objectives.
Provide feedback on training effectiveness and make improvement recommendations.
