Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied experience in adult learning and instructional design or content development, learning measurement and reporting, and facilitation or presentations.
• Applied understanding of performance consulting, design, development, delivery, learning technology, and evaluation to guide quality and effective handoffs across specialties.
• Familiarity with Agile approaches such as Scrum or Kanban and project management certification such as PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex learning initiatives from discovery through evaluation and align scope, requirements, risks, trade-offs, and success measures.
• Guide quality across needs analysis, instructional design, content development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partner with business leaders to diagnose performance gaps and determine learning or non-learning interventions.
