Job summary

Charles Schwab in Westlake, TX is seeking a Product Leader to guide the evolution of Schwab’s research content capabilities, enabling trusted insights across platforms and emerging AI-powered experiences. This is an individual contributor leadership role located on-site in Westlake.

You will align research, product, technology, risk, and compliance, define roadmaps, and drive governance, metadata, and discoverability to support enterprise reuse.

Qualifications

• 8+ years translating business/operational needs into platform or product capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with planning and dependency management.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and success measures.
• Strong understanding of content management, metadata, governance, information architecture, and data management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to identify root causes and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across research, business, technology, operations, legal, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evolve capabilities for research content lifecycle, improving metadata, governance, discovery, and stewardship.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and success measures for content management and distribution across platforms.
• Align research, product, technology, risk, and compliance on priorities and tradeoffs.
• Enable AI-powered experiences by applying content standards, permissions, lineage, and knowledge delivery.
• Analyze consumer needs and adoption patterns to identify improvements.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
