Charles River Laboratories is seeking a Learning & Development Professional to partner with management and design training plans for bench and scientific staff, with emphasis on documenting training completion in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

This role leads projects, develops eLearning storyboards, creates training materials across multiple disciplines, and collaborates with cross-site teams to implement new training initiatives and improve the overall program.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience: Four or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Willingness to work extended hours and support audits.

Aufgaben

• Efficiently perform and document training procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead projects such as piloting new training courses and creating eLearning storyboards.
• Collaborate with management and cross-site teams to implement new training initiatives.
• Maintain and revise departmental training plans and measures of program effectiveness.
• Generate accurate LMS reports for management and sponsor audits.
