Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
• At least 1 year of experience selling annuities or retirement products.
• Proven success in sales and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate new and existing business through outbound outreach, referrals, and Medicare-related leads while meeting sales goals.
• Educate clients on retirement income strategies and recommend annuity solutions that fit long-term needs.
• Build and grow a client portfolio through ongoing relationship management and policy reviews.
• Collaborate with Medicare teams and other departments to support client strategies and growth.
