Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Currently residing in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain resident state Life Insurance License, or already licensed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized with strong time management.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through follow-up.
• Educate individuals and families about life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's goals and needs.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Obtain and maintain the required state life insurance license if not currently licensed.
