Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Training Developer III in Colorado Springs, CO to design, develop, and maintain ISD courseware for MD31 and related programs. You will create lesson plans, tests, and performance-based scenarios meeting ISD standards and RSP requirements.

The role requires 5-7 years in courseware development, strong technical writing, and an active SECRET clearance. You will coordinate ICC/ECC courses and produce leadership reports, contributing to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
5-7 years of courseware development or instructional design experience.
Working knowledge of ISD methodology.
Strong technical writing and content development skills.
Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain courseware for ISD and MD31 programs.
Produce lesson plans, tests, and performance-based scenarios.
Schedule and deconflict NSSI/supplemental courses per MD31 plan.
Administer ICC and ECC certification courses (~11 iterations/yr).
Generate training and evaluation reports for HQ leadership.
