Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks a Training Developer III to design, develop, and maintain PNT courseware for MD 31. You will produce lesson plans, tests, and performance-based scenarios meeting ISD standards and RSP requirements.

You will ensure alignment with MTLs, RTMs, APOIs, and ISD guidance, while enabling measurable objectives and effective change management throughout the curriculum lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of courseware development, instructional design, or curriculum development experience.
• Working knowledge of ISD methodology and standards.
• Strong technical writing and content development skills.
• SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PNT courseware, lesson plans, tests, and performance-based training scenarios.
• Adhere to ISD model per DAFMAN 36-2675 and align with RTMs/ APOIs.
• Document curriculum changes and support evaluation and change management processes.
