Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Training Developer III to create and update SCN courseware in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on ISD-aligned lesson plans, tests, and performance scenarios to meet RSP requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in courseware development, strong ISD knowledge, and excellent technical writing. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of courseware development or curriculum design experience.
• Working knowledge of Instructional Systems Development (ISD) methodology.
• Strong technical writing and content development skills.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SCN courseware, lesson plans, guides, and assessments.
• Create tests and performance-based training scenarios aligned with ISD standards and RSP requirements.
• Document curriculum changes and coordinate with training leads via email and trackers.
• Maintain training development timelines per CFC RSP milestones.
