Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Training Developer III to design, develop, and maintain ISD-compliant courseware and training scenarios for the MD 31 program in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on creating lesson plans, tests, and performance-based training aligned with ISD standards.

The position requires 5–7 years of instructional design experience, strong technical writing skills, and an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of courseware development, instructional design, or curriculum development experience.
• Working knowledge of ISD methodology.
• Strong technical writing and content development skills.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Any clearance requirements for government contract.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, revises, and creates courseware, lesson plans, tests, and performance-based scenarios IAW MTL/RTM/APOI and DAFMAN 36-2675 ISD model.
• Produces/maintains Intel MTL, RTM, and APOI training products (excluding QT/RT/DT curriculum at the lesson-plan level).
• Schedules and deconflicts NSSI/supplemental courses IAW the MD31/S2 Master Training Plan.
• Administers/schedules the ICC and ECC (~11 iterations per year).
• Maintains ICC/ECC courseware; generates monthly/quarterly/annual PEX reports for HQ.
