Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst, Restaurant Training to lead the full lifecycle of instructional design for operations across the US and Canada. You will develop training materials for new menu items, equipment, and technology rollouts, and manage evergreen training content for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design, HR, or related field.
• 3–8 years of training experience in restaurant or retail operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build a training strategy.
• Develop content from SOPs including recipes, procedures, scripts, and storyboards.
• Create training materials (eLearning, video, print, digital) for diverse learners.
• Update materials to reflect company changes and new initiatives.
• Administer and maintain the LMS (Workday Learning) and intranet pages.
